MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell City Council will meet at 6 p.m. today to consider several items, including an engineering agreement worth over 52-thousand dollars to replace the tennis courts at Hitchcock Park and implement new water and sewer surcharges tied to State Revolving Fund loans. They will remain in place until the loans are repaid. The agenda also includes a special event license request for Blarney’s Amateur Baseball Classic on June 14, and a presentation on local tourism spending by retired businessman Roger Musick.
