MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Mitchell man has changed his plea from not guilty to guilty in a rape charge related to a domestic incident in November 2024. Court documents show Azriel Fallis admitted to living with a minor and having sexual relations with her multiple times. They reportedly met on Snapchat, and Fallis maintains that the victim contacted him first. Photos and videos of the suspect kissing the victim, along with sexually explicit messages, were found on Fallis’s phone. A pre-sentencing hearing is set for May.
