Mitchell police and Mitchell Area Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help.
On Saturday, January 22nd at approximately 11:46 PM, a dozen traffic cones were stolen from the intersections of 9th/Kimball, 9th/Langdon, and 10th/Langdon in Mitchell. The traffic cones are orange with two white reflective horizontal stripes. The cones have “Traffic Division” stamped vertically on the cones. A black SUV with fog lights was seen pulling up to the cones and an individual loaded the cones quickly into the vehicle. The cones are valued at approximately $420.00.

Remember that you do not have to identify yourself, and a cash reward is available if it leads to the arrest of the subject or subjects involved. There are no caller ID’s attached to this phone line, so you will remain anonymous.
