MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell school board approved a bid for the new Mitchell Technical College power line underground training facility. Bids for the project were opened for the new 36,000 square-foot facility on April 22. On Monday, the board approved a $4,483,031 bid from Gil Haugan Construction of Sioux Falls.
