The Mitchell School Board held a special meeting yesterday virtually with only one item on the agenda.
The board approved the sale of the Mitchell Technical College site house to Bespoke Properties, LLC in Mitchell. The house sold for $367,000. The minimum bid was $365,000. Mitchell Schools Superintendent Joe Graves said the minimum bid pays back the expenses that went into the structure. The house is located on Dean Drive.
