(MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell School District is conducting a preschool feasibility study with the hopes of addressing what is a serious issue in the district.  Mitchell Schools Superintendent Joe Childs gave the Mitchell School Board an update at its Monday meeting during the superintendent’s report.
