Key changes include updated attendance policies, with formal letters sent home after 5, 8, and 13 absences, and possible legal action after 16 absences. Attendance will also now be tracked by the school year rather than by semester. Proposed updates to the electronic device policy include stricter rules on phone use, a preference for corded earbuds, and a ban on items like laser lights.
