MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The City of Mitchell is looking for developers, non-profits, or other interested parties to submit proposals to redevelop three city-owned properties on East 1st Avenue. The goal is to boost housing options and revitalize the neighborhood. Proposals should focus on residential or mixed-use development and align with long-term community plans.
