For the second time this week, Mitchell set a record high temperature.  Yesterday’s high of 66 topped the previous mark of 62 degrees set in 1962.  Mitchell also set a record high on Tuesday.  The record temperature for December 2nd is 70 degrees, which was set in 1998.
