MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Mitchell Main Street and Beyond is transforming Wingapalooza into a month-long event, inspired by the success of the Burger Showdown. The Mitchell Daily Republic reports that the change aims to boost local restaurants and engage the community in a month-long wing tasting competition.  Beyond the wings, a new St. Patrick’s Day weekend event, the Saint Patrick’s Extravaganza, will feature a pub crawl, chili cook-off, and beer pong tournament.
