MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A Murdo firefighter died Saturday evening in a rollover crash while responding to a grass fire north of Draper. The 37-year-old man was driving a fire tender when it left the road and rolled, ejecting him. He was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene. His name has not been released. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help his family. The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating.
