MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) There will be a recognition of disabled employees and those who employ them at the Highland Conference Center from 9am – 11am on Wednesday October 16, 2024. Parker Hanson will be the speaker. He is a baseball player for Augustana University that has only one fully formed and functional arm.
