SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Monday is Native Americans’ Day in South Dakota, and celebrations in Sioux Falls will feature a downtown parade highlighting Indigenous culture. KELOLand says the parade begins at 11 a.m. and goes along Phillips Avenue from 13th to 6th Street, with around 40 units, music, and family festivities. The day starts with a prayer at Lyon Park at 9 a.m., followed by a fun run at 10:45. Parade organizers say it’s a time for community, and honoring Native traditions.
