Oversized pickups and SUV’s will be ticketed starting Thursday, and you’ll have to plug parking meters if you want to park curbside in downtown Sioux Falls starting Saturday. Councilor Curt Soehl is concerned that the success downtown has enjoyed in recent decades will be tarnished by changes that take effect this week.
