The company behind it, Mailbox Money, says its goal is to build stylish, lower-cost units that younger buyers and renters of all ages can actually afford. Their latest project near Veterans Parkway and Madison Street will be the largest apartment complex by unit count in the state. A public preview is scheduled for Thursday, August 8th.
