Monday night’s Powerball drawing yielded tricks rather than treats after no ticket matched the six numbers to win. That means the prize will increase to an estimated $1.2 billion for Wednesday night’s drawing. The jackpot is the second-largest in Powerball’s 30-year history. The record is $1.586 billion from 2016. The winning numbers in the Halloween drawing were 13, 19, 36, 39, 59 and red Powerball 13. Ten tickets won $1 million prizes and three tickets won $2 million. There have now been 38 drawings in a row with no jackpot winner.
