A collision between two boats on a body of water in Clark County yesterday left one person dead and four others injured.
Clark County Emergency Management Director David Lewis says two boats collided on Indian Springs around 10:30 AM.
The deceased victim was launched into the water and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others were taken to Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown with non life-threatening injuries, and two more sustained minor injuries that did not require hospitalization.
Lewis says the accident was weather-related. He says there was fog and rain in the area when the one boat t-boned the other.
The names of those involved have not been released, although Lewis says they were adult males.
