MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — The Palace City Farmers Market is set to return to Mitchell for the 2026 summer season beginning Saturday, June 6.

The weekly market will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. every Saturday through the end of September at the Corn Palace Plaza, located on the south side of the Corn Palace at 604 N. Main St.

Organizers say the market will once again feature a variety of homecooked foods, homemade products and handcrafted items from growers, bakers and artisans from across the region.

Community members are invited to shop local and support area vendors throughout the summer season. The market has become a popular weekend destination for residents looking for fresh products and unique handmade goods in downtown Mitchell.

Vendors from around the area are expected to offer a rotating selection of items throughout the season, giving visitors something new to explore each week.
