ROSEBUD, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Authorities are offering a five-thousand-dollar reward for information on a woman that went missing from the Rosebud Reservation last month. Authorities say 22-year-old Savannah Standing Bear was last seen in Parmelee on March 24th. Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement is partnering with the FBI, Rapid City Police, and other agencies in the search for Savannah.  She was last seen wearing a black shirt, jeans, and white Nike shoes. Savannah has a tattoo of the word “loyalty” on her neck, according to officials. Anyone with information on her location is asked to call police.
