PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Larry Rhoden is naming his new secretary of veteran affairs.  The job will go to Senior Chief Jeremiah Schneider.  Rhoden calls Schneider “a hard-working professional with strong leadership skills” who’s “served his country wholeheartedly for many years.”  Schneider will take his new position on March 6th.
