MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The House Education Committee in Pierre approved restrictions on school bond elections on Wednesday. School administrators caution that these limits could result in financing delays for districts. The superintendent of Tea Area Schools argues that growing districts need more flexibility. The measure will now move to the full House for further consideration.
