SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A Sioux Falls daycare worker is in jail, facing child abuse charges. According to court documents, Chelsea Struss is accused of hitting and pushing several children at NXTgen Kidz daycare. The alleged incidents, involving four one-year-olds, were reportedly caught on camera. When a co-worker confronted her, Struss reportedly said she was “overstimulated” and had a lot going on.
