SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A former foster parent in Sioux Falls is being for sex crimes. According to court documents, Len Homelvig said he made child pornography by secretly shooting video under a bathroom door. Homelvig pled guilty last October and was sentenced Friday. A Minnehaha County grand jury indicted him on 33 counts of sex crimes, while a federal grand jury indicted him on three counts of producing child porn. His 15-year prison sentence will be followed by five years of supervision.
