SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Sioux Falls Police are sorting through a wild chain of events that started early Friday morning and ended with multiple stolen vehicles, shattered windows and even a stolen city bus that went up in flames. Authorities say Kenneth Holland of Sioux Falls now faces a long list of charges. Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says it all began just after 5 a.m. Friday.
