SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) It will be a big year in the Philips to the Falls area, as some new attractions will be added to the tried and true. Parks Operations Manager Josh Johnson says crews are about half-way finished with lighting the Falls Park area for Winter Wonderland.
Falls Park will be lit with 29-miles of light strands, and there will be a fireworks display on opening night, November 22nd.
