PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Some South Dakotans are raising concerns about Amendment L, which will be on the 2026 ballot. Similar proposals have surfaced before in South Dakota but so far, none have passed. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
