PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Some South Dakotans are raising concerns about Amendment L, which will be on the 2026 ballot. The Voter Defense Association of South Dakota says that change would weaken voters’ voices. Supporters of Amendment L argue it’s needed to fight the influence of big money in state politics. Similar proposals have surfaced before in South Dakota but so far, none have passed. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
