MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A 100-percent failure rate for Smoke Shops across South Dakota that were checked for selling illegal drugs. Attorney General Marty Jackley says the products are dangerous intoxicants, and in some cases are being marketed to minors. Jackley’s office and the Division of Criminal Investigation teamed up with local law enforcement on the sting operation. Owners of two shops in Sioux Falls were among those indicted on charges.
