(MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota’s Department of Tribal Relations is inviting tribal and state leaders to gather next month for the annual State-Tribal Opioid and Methamphetamine Prevention Summit, also known as STOMP. The event takes place November 6th and 7th at the Law Enforcement Training Center in Pierre.
