NFL

They had Monday Night Football to round out week 14 in the NFL. It was the Philadelphia Eagles at the Los Angeles Chargers. This game went into overtime, and it was a rough night for Jalen Hurts. He was just 21-for-40 passing for 240 yards and threw four interceptions as the Chargers took advantage of the turnovers and won in OT, 22-19. Even though Justin Herbert was sacked seven times in the game, LA still managed to get the win.

NBA

The Minnesota Timberwolves took on the Phoenix Suns last night in Minnesota. Rudy Gobert was ejected from the game after hitting Phoenix’s Mark Williams with a forearm mid-dunk, and the Suns got past the Timberwolves, 108-105. Anthony Edwards led Minnesota with 40 points on 71% shooting, but it wasn’t enough to get the win. The Timberwolves will be off until Friday because of NBA Cup Quarterfinal games during the week. They’ll return Friday to face the Golden State Warriors.
