The Kernel basketball teams are all set to compete today against Sioux Falls Jefferson both at home and on the road. Subvarsity games for the girls will be at 4 & 5:30pm at Sioux Falls Jefferson high school and varsity will play at 7pm. Subvarsity games for the boys are at 4 & 5:30pm in the World’s Only Corn Palace and the varsity boys play at 7pm.
Dakota Wesleyan
The Tigers basketball teams are on the road tomorrow as they prepare to play the Briar Cliff Chargers in Sioux City, Iowa. Games will be played in the Newman Flanagan Center with your No.16 ranked women playing at 6 & the men starting at 7:45pm.
NBA
The NBA will have a seven-game slate for tonight in the association. It’ll begin at 6pm with the Dallas Mavericks at the Philadelphia 76ers. Then you have three games at 6:30pm as the Houston Rockets are at the Brooklyn Nets, New York Knicks are at the Toronto Raptors and the Boston Celtics visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on TNT/TruTV/MAX. Next, at 7pm, it’ll be the Miami Heat at the Chicago Bulls. Ending the night will be a pair of games at 9pm as the Indiana Pacers are at the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers are at the Los Angeles Clippers on TNT/TruTV/MAX.
NFL
The NFL is coming to a close and their next event, is the Super Bowl. Super Bowl LIX will be this Sunday, Feb. 9 at the Ceasars Superdome in New Orleans, LA between the No. 2 seed Philadelphia Eagles and the No. 1 seed Kansas City Chiefs. The game will kickoff at 5:30pm on FOX.
