Tanner Hallman, age 18 of Alexandria, died Monday, July 26, in Mitchell. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, at Mitchell Wesleyan Church in Mitchell. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday at Mitchell Wesleyan Church. Funeral arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.
