A third person has died after a Tuesday night shooting in Scotland.  The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation has identified the shooter as Francis Lange.  Lange is charged with three counts of first degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and five counts of aggravated assault.  He is being held on a $2 million cash bond.  The Bon Homme County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shots fired at a Scotland residence at around 6 PM Tuesday.  Upon arrival, officers found Angela and Librado Monclova dead.  One of the injured, Diane Akins, later died of her injuries at a hospital.  Vicki Monclova and a 5-year old girl suffered serious injuries from gunshot wounds.  A handgun was found less than a half a block from where the shooting occurred.  Lange is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
