Timothy “Chip” Chipley, 61, of Mitchell, SD, died Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Modesto, CA. A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, October 11, from 10-11:30 AM with a prayer service at 11:30 AM at Bittner Funeral Chapel. Graveside services with military honors will follow at Servicemen’s Memorial Cemetery in Mitchell.
