Authorities have identified Mikelena Neal, a 24-year-old woman, as the victim in a fatal single-car crash in Lincoln County. The accident occurred last Wednesday near Worthing, South Dakota, when Neal reportedly lost control, over-corrected, and rolled her vehicle. She was ejected from the car and died at the scene. A one-month-old baby, who was properly restrained, sustained only minor injuries.
