Van Crashes Into Sioux Falls Daycare

A van crashed into Truks-N-Trykes 2 Daycare in Sioux Falls on Wednesday morning. No injuries were reported, and all children were safely in classrooms. The daycare will be closed for at least a week for repairs, according to owner Jeremy Cotton.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) No one was hurt after a van crashed into the front of a Sioux Falls daycare on Wednesday. It happened in the morning at Truks-N-Trykes 2 Daycare on Minnesota Avenue. The daycare’s owner Jeremy Cotton told KELO Land News that luckily no staff or children were harmed as the kids were all in their classrooms. The driver was identified as a parent and is okay. Cotton believes the driver hit the wrong pedal before crashing into a stairwell on the other side. He expects the center to be closed for repairs for at least a week.
