Voters In Mitchell City Election Can Cast Absentee Ballots Through Monday

Mitchell’s city election is less than a week away, but voters can cast absentee ballots now through Monday. Absentee voting is done at the finance office at City Hall in downtown Mitchell.

Six candidates are running for two seats on the Mitchell School Board. Three candidates are running for mayor. There are city council races in Ward 1 and Ward 3.

Election Day is Tuesday, June 8th. Voters who wait until Tuesday to vote will cast their ballots at the MCTEA building across from Mitchell Senior High School.
