MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — A water valve replacement will temporarily interrupt water service in several Mitchell neighborhoods Wednesday, Oct. 7.

Water Shutoff Scheduled for Wednesday

The water shutoff is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Crews will replace a water valve on the east side of South Miller and Vincent Place.

Areas Affected

The notice lists the following affected areas:

  • 900 block of South Miller, including Stepping Stones
  • 900 block of South Minnesota
  • 600 and 700 blocks of Mitchell Boulevard
  • 900 and 1000 blocks of West University

Intersection Will Also Be Closed

The intersection of South Miller and Vincent Place will also be closed during the work.
