• 500 block of East Juniper Avenue
• 100 Block of West Railroad Street
• 300-1000 blocks of West Birch Avenue
• 200-900 blocks of West Cedar Avenue
• 100-500 blocks of South Burr Street
• 100 block of west 4th Avenue
• 500-600 blocks of North Rowley Street
• 900 block of East Ash Avenue
• 200 block of South Mentzer Street
• 100 block of North Gamble Street

Houses along the affected stretches should have their sprinkler systems turned off and sump pump hoses pulled away from the gutter.
