West 9th Avenue from Rowley to Lawler in Mitchell to be closed until fall

West 9th Avenue will be closed from Rowley to Lawler starting at 7:30 AM on July 18th for approximately 4 months for Street and Utility Improvements. This will also include the closure of 9th and Main Street Intersection and 9th and Lawler Street Intersection. Follow Road Construction Signs and use alternate routes.
