MITCHELL, S.D. MITCHELLNOW) If you had hopes that spring was here to stay, this weekend will dash those hopes a bit.  A winter storm watch takes effect at 1 AM on Sunday morning and will remain in effect until 1 AM Tuesday.  Samantha Trellinger with the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls talks about the storm system.
