SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Police have released more details after the death of a woman who was pushed off a retaining wall near the Sioux Falls 8th Street bridge early last week. Yesterday, officials confirmed 39-year-old Doris High Elk died from the injuries she suffered on June 30th. She passed away in the hospital on Sunday. The man accused, Jubal Rattler, was already in jail for aggravated assault. But police say that charge could be upgraded, depending on the results of an autopsy.
