Downtown Sioux Falls Enforces Parking Changes

Starting today, major parking changes are in effect in downtown Sioux Falls. Meter enforcement now includes Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., expanding to six days a week. The new “Text to Park” feature is live, and a city ordinance now prohibits large vehicles—like pickups, vans, and SUVs—from parking on Phillips Avenue between Ninth and 13th streets.
