Guilty Verdict In Lonna Carroll Theft Trial

Office For Civil Rights Ends Discrimination Agreement With RCAS

The U.S. Department of Education (DOE) has made a significant decision regarding a civil rights investigation into the Rapid City Area School District (RCAS).
