A 43-year-old Rapid City man was killed Tuesday morning in a fatal crash on Interstate 90, about two miles west of Rapid City. According to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, the man’s pickup crossed the median and collided head-on with an eastbound semi-truck around 7:30 a.m.
