The Mitchell girls’ golf team scored another team title on Thursday at the Brookings Country Club.
The Kernels claimed the Brookings Invite with a score of 329, Harrisburg finished in second place, shooting a 341, while Aberdeen Central was close behind at 343 in third place.
Harrisburg’s Reese Jansa was the individual medalist again, shooting a 2-under par 70, Mitchell’s Allison Meyerink finished just behind at 75 in second place, Masy Mock tied for fourth place with an 80, while Quinn Dannenbring was 10th with a score of 85, giving Mitchell 3 golfers in the top 10.
The Kernels’ next event is at the Watertown invite Monday.
