The Harrisburg Tigers high school baseball team won its first Class A baseball championship after downing Sioux Falls Washington 3-2 yesterday.
Things looked good early yesterday afternoon for Augustana at the Division 2 NCAA Softball Tournament in Denver. The Vikings beat Grand Valley State 13-2 in five innings to advance to the final four. Augustana then lost to West Texas A & M by a score of 9-4. Augustana finishes the season with a 49-8 record.
