A Mitchell man who was involved in a fight outside of the Corn Palace during the Corn Palace Festival was given a suspended 30-day jail sentence. 38-year old Joshua Olivier pleaded guilty through his attorney on Thursday. The incident occurred on Saturday, August 28th following the Blackhawk concert. Videos were posted on Facebook of several people involved in the altercation. Olivier must obey all laws for 180 days as a condition of his suspended sentence.
