State Senator Reynold Nesiba of Sioux Falls has tested positive for COVID-19. Nesiba was not feeling well for the second morning in a row. He took an at-home COVID-19 test that showed he was positive. A Tuesday morning test came back negative, and so Nesiba attended the governor’s State of the State address and meetings. Nesiba also tested positive in December of 2020. He says he is fully vaccinated and boosted and called for more COVID-19 protocols for the legislature. Nesiba is isolating and participating remotely.
