Mitchell City Council to consider rezoning land for housing project in south Mitchell

The Mitchell City Council meets at 6 PM at City Hall in downtown Mitchell. The light agenda includes consideration to rezone land on the south side of Mitchell for a housing project. Jensen Design Build’s Jeremy Jensen is planning to build ten multi-family townhomes on land along Urbana Drive and Spruce Street. The land would need to be rezoned from urban development to highway business.
