The Mitchell City Council meets at 6 PM at City Hall in downtown Mitchell.  Tonight’s agenda includes action to amend a lease between the city and the Mitchell Rodeo Foundation for its new rodeo grounds, action to approve the State Historic Preservation Office’s findings in relation to the former Northwestern Energy building into which The Scoreboard Pub and Grill is moving, second reading on an ordinance establishing Business Improvement District #4, a review of the Railroad and Main Streetscape design proposal, and a presentation of 2023 bridge inspections by Brosz Engineering.  Prior to the city council meeting, there will be a final budget work session at 5:30.  Tonight’s Mitchell City Council meeting and budget work session are open to the public.  They will be streamed online and televised locally.   The agenda can be found here: https://mitchellsd.portal.civicclerk.com/event/1154/files.
